Responses to the Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility in providing the items listed above. Do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought. Interested sources should submit a Statement of Capability (3-page limit) detailing their capability to provide the surgical equipment requested to Brooke Army Medical Center (JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX). Additionally, please provide the following information:
1) Organization's name, CAGE code, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. Please advise if the requirement can be met through a contract vehicle the source already has (i.e. VA FSS contract number).
