The Internal Revenue Service is seeking sources to determine if there are potentially qualified U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone Small Business, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) and/or Small Business (SB) with the capability to:

Those firms interested in providing information in response to this sources sought is requested to provide the above information to Neil Belden at neil.d.belden@irs.gov and Joyce Derry at joyce.d.derry@irs.gov, no later than 12:00 pm EST on 06/22/2026. Submissions shall not exceed five (5) single sided pages in length not including the cover page, table of contents and cover letter.
Confidentiality: No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
