USAMRIID requires a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Service contract that incorporates both hardware and software services for the Revvity Health Sciences Opera Phenix Plus System (Model Number: HCSHH14001000; SN: 2400L21066). This is government owned equipment currently being employed by our Therapeutic Discovery Branch (TDB) for high-throughput/high-content imaging platform, currently utilized for therapeutic drug discovery efforts (currently eight (8) funded projects relying on this platform to maintain operational status). The requirements are: 1) The contractor must provide preventative maintenance and repair for all hardware within a prescribed timeframe to ensure full operability, and to mitigate potential delays resulting from maintenance shortfalls, and 2) must provide equipment software maintenance and updates on an ?As Needed? basis to ensure full functionality and operability of the equipment. The contracted service will be performed at USAMRIID, Fort Detrick, Maryland.
