B419 CRANE TROLLEY REPLACEMENT in the manufacturing area of WVA. - This procurement is for the labor, equipment, and material required for replacement of trolley on crane – replace existing 30/10 ton trolley and hoists on crane B419 with new 20 ton trolley in the chrome high bay area of WVA. *** THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY *** In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the System for Award Management website at https://www.sam.gov and will be listed under Army Contracting Command ACC-WVA. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list.
