Quotes are due by the date/time/time zone listed in the Date Offers Due field. Submit quotes to the Primary Point of Contact and Secondary Point of Contact (if applicable) by the Date Offers Due. Quotes received after the established Date Offers Due deadline will be considered late. Late quotes may only be considered if it is in the Governments best interest and if it will not unduly delay award.
