The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: P/N: 102401 JFTOT 230 Mark IV (Qty 1 Each). This requirement is sole sourced to Petroleum Analyzer Co L.P. (PAC), 8824 Fallbrook DR, Houston, TX 77064. The instrument must be able to test jet fuels for thermal stability up to 380°C, differential pressure between 0 mmHg and 350 mmHg, and a single HPLC pump head. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to donell.e.duenassims.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0221 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
