PAINT BOOTH PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Luke AFB intends to award a contract for Paint Booth Preventative Maintenance at building 922 in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Contract will be a base plus four option years.

A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, Sept 4, 2025, at 0900. This will be the only site visit scheduled. Attendance is not mandatory but highly encouraged. Confirmation of your intent to attend the site visit must be submitted to the point of contact via email by Thursday August 28, 2025 at 3:00pm MST. Further instructions will be givien after confirming attendance. 

All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the point of contract via email no later than Friday September 19, 2025 at 3:00pm MST. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be considered for response. 

The solicitation with attachments will be posted on or about 18 August 2025.

ADDENDUM: Three additional documents have been added that are reference materials to be used with the Performance Work Statement . Please review in their entirety.

16 Sept 25 A revised PWS has been incorporated with amendment 1. See attachments.Questions submitted have been answered and are posted. (See attachments)

18 Sept 25 A second revised PWS and has been incorporated which adds paragraph 1.2.5 and removes the requirement to maintain the water filtration system. Amendment two has also been added. Questions submitted have been answered and have been posted in the attachments section dated 18 Sept 25.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
