Blanket Purchase Agreement for Paint, Primer, Thinner, and Blasting Media - Solicitation USACE Rock Island District has a requirement for the purchase of marine grade paint and related items and therefore intends establish a suite of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the procurement of specific paint formulas (VZ-108d, V-766e), MEK thinner, and coal slag blasting media. These supplies are required by the USACE Mississippi River Project Office to preserve the surfaces of Lock and Dam Tainter Gates.
