This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1.1. Description of Services/Introduction: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide assigned parking spaces for two (2) Government-owned vehicles. Contractor should provide one monthly combined invoice for all spaces as outlined in the Performance Work Statement. 1.2. Background: The Mission of the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) is to promote financial integrity, transparency, and democracy in Americas labor unions through criminal and civil enforcement of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA). The OLMS Philadelphia regional office, located at 1835 Market Street Mailstop OLMS/21 Philadelphia PA 19103 has no government parking facilities, and requires a location in the near vicinity of the regional office to park the Government-owned vehicles assigned to OLMS field agents who support this mission. 1.4. Scope: The Contractor will provide two parking spaces for two (2) Government-owned vehicles not to exceed the dimensions of 200 L x 70 H. The Period of Performance is one twelve (12) month base period with four (4) 12 month option periods. The RFQ and pricing sheet are attached.
