PARTICLE COUNTER SPARES SUPPORT PACKAGE

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE AVAILABLE. The Naval Air Warfare Center Lakehurst is requesting information pertaining to the procurement of the Hydraulic Particle Counter, p/n 4348AS1000-1, Phosphate Ester Particle Counter, 4348AS2000-1and Navy Oil Analysis Program (NOAP) Particle Counter, p/n 4348AS3000-1 Spares Support Package. The Spares Support Package is intended to provide initial spares parts support to support initial fielding of the Particle Counters.

The purpose of the request for information is to identify potential contractors capable of supplying the Spares Support Package. It is the Government’s intent to procure adequate quantities of referenced parts to support the Particle Counters during initial fielding of these test sets.  This RFI is to determine whether there are any contractors capable of supplying the Spares Support Package.

It is requested that information be submitted NO LATER THAN 02 March 2026 to Mr. Paras Patel, by electronic mail at: paras.d.patel.civ@us.navy.mil. Mr. Patel may be reached by commercial phone at (240) 587-1627. Respondents are notified that a formal solicitation MAY NOT necessarily result from this RFI. Any comments provided may or may not be included in a formal solicitation. The Government WILL NOT PAY for any information received in response to this RFI nor will the Government compensate any respondent with costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. The Government will not release any information marked with a Proprietary legend, received in response to this RFI, to any firms, agencies, or individuals outside the Government without written permission in accordance with the legend.
