This effort is to provide post deployment build software maintenance and associated engineering support service for Phased Array Tracking to Intercept on Target (PATRIOT) Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Software Task (P3ST) for Years 9 and 10. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) and (B), LMMFC is the only source with knowledge, expertise, and full disclosure technical data package (TDP) to perform this effort. The Government does not have the necessary intellectual property rights to utilize the data for full and open competition
