AMENDMENT 01

The purpose of Amendment 01 is to provide the revised Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please refer to the attachment. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, “Acquisition of Commercial Products Commercial Services”, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Request for Quotation is being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

The solicitation number N00244-26-Q-0068 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). RFQ N00244-26-Q-0068 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 published in the Federal Register on March 13, 2026. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competition requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 332510 with a size standard of 750 (employees).

All interested companies shall provide a quotation for the Pelican Hook Assembly for Towing Operations for USS Curtis Wilbur (DDG-54) in accordance with the statement of work (SOW).

This combined synopsis/solicitation will close at 1:00 PM (PDT) on 22 JULY 2026. Submit vendor quote to the Contract Specialist, Ms. Leliza G. Sarino, via email to the address Leliza.g.sarino2.civ@us.navy.mil  and stating - SOLICITATION N00244-26-Q-0068 Pelican Hook Assembly for Towing Operations for USS Curtis Wilbur (DDG-54).

Questions on this solicitation shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email. The Government will attempt to answer all questions in timely manner and will be made available publicly. However, questions submitted near the solicitation closing date may not provide sufficient time for the Government to respond. Therefore, quoters are hereby directed to submit question(s) no later than 1:00 PM (PDT) on 20 JULY 2026. QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION HAVE TO BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL. ANSWERS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE FORM OF AN AMENDMENT TO THIS SOLICITATION.
