PERMANENT AIRCRAFT WASH SYSTEM

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This acquisition is for the purchase of Permanent Aircraft Wash System for the 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard, F.S. Gabreski ANG, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 336413 and the size standard is 1250 employees. Solicitation number W50S8E25QA015 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 effective May 12, 2025. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. To register with SAM, log on to https://www.sam.gov.

This Request for Quote will result in a firm fixed price contract. This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed-price contract. Contract will be awarded to the contractor who provides a quote that conforms to the terms and conditions of this combined synopsis / solicitation and meets all the requirements that is outlined and is determined responsible IAW FAR Subpart 9.104-1.

PRICING TO INCLUDE SETUP, INSTALLATION, TRAINING, INITIAL SUSTAINMENT SERVICES (UP TO 365 DAYS FOLLOWING SHIPMENT) AND FREIGHT.

DO NOT INCLUDE AN TYPE OF OPTION YEARS OR EXTENDED SERVICES. ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICE REQUIREMENT MAY BE CONTEMPLATED IN THE FUTURE.

DELIVERY - Destination 90 Days after contract award.
