In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), the justification is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 “Simplified Acquisition Procedures”. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519. This notice is not a request for competitive quotation. The closing date for submitting a capability statement is April 22,2026 at 10:00AM Eastern Standard Time (EST). All submissions should be submitted electronically to Denise.N.Scott@dea.gov.
