This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

- Basis for Award: The Government will award a purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the RFQ, is determined to be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). To be considered technically acceptable, the offeror must provide evidence that it can provide the exact brand-name items specified in the solicitation attachments and be an authorized reseller. Price will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness.
