Offerors are not required to provide coverage for all Pisgah RD Zones to remain eligible for award. The Government reserves the right to award one or multiple awards resulting from this solicitation.
A formal site visit is not scheduled or mandatory, it is strongly encouraged for offerors to visit the accessible public land sites. This allows for assessing travel logistics and identifying the necessary equipment to perform work, particularly in areas lacking water.
It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract consisting of one (1) one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. The total duration of this contract shall not exceed five (5) years.
