PM LAV SYSTEM TECHNICAL SUPPORT SYNOPSIS

The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) Warren, Detroit Arsenal, MI 48397-5000 intends to procure a ten-year cost-plus-fixed-fee requirements contract to Raytheon Company (CAGE Code 96214). This requirement is in support of Program Manager Office – Light Armored Vehicles (PMO-LAV) and the Light Armored Vehicles Family of Vehicles (FoLAV); specifically, components and systems, to include the Improved Thermal Sight System (ITSS), Anti-Tank Weapon System (ATWS), and components and systems originally integrated by Raytheon, for the General Dynamics Land System Canada Corporation (GDLS-C Corporation) FoLAV. Raytheon is the only known qualified source to perform this effort. The Solicitation shall be released in the near future with an anticipated contract award date of no later than 25 February 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
