    EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The United States Marine Corps requires resilient, reliable, and secure PNT capabilities that enables effective maneuver warfare and expeditionary operations in Global Positioning System (GPS) denied and Electromagnetic Warfare contested environments. The current reliance on GPS as the primary PNT source creates unacceptable operational risks, necessitating the acquisition and integration of new Military (M)-Code capable GPS receivers, and alternative/complementary PNT solutions to ensure continued mission accomplishment in degraded or denied environments.

Examples of capabilities the PNT PMO is interested in industry to discuss as “Desired” for the first Industry Day event are provided below.

    • M-Code Mounted Solutions
    • M-Code Handheld solutions
    • Anti-Jam/Anti-Spoof antennas/receivers
    • Embedded GPS Solutions
    • Alternative Navigation / Non-GPS Solutions
    • Inertial Navigation Systems / Inertial Measurement Units
    • CMOSS-compliant/SOSA compliant cards/common chassis
    • Military GPS User Equipment Increment II
    • Technology Readiness Levels/ Prototype status of capabilities

Future quarterly Industry Day events may have targeted capabilities requested, which will be defined in future announcements.

    INDUSTRY DAY AGENDA

Assigned Industry Day timeslots should be focused on technical capabilities and how their capabilities might current and future USMC PNT needs.  Participation in the Industry Day event is not a prerequisite for submitting any future proposal.

Those who wish to participate will register using this online form. Registration requests via email will not be accepted. Full link: https://virtualindustryday.org/public/projects/629/statement

Only (1) submission per company will be accepted.  Limit white papers and info sheets to a total of four pages.

The PNT PMO will review all requests, verify registrant US Person Status, and assign timeslots at their discretion.  Timeslots are not guaranteed.  A follow-on email will be sent to registrants, providing either an assigned timeslot (and associated logistics information) or advising that a timeslot was not assigned. MilTech will be coordinating Industry Day logistics. Please submit all scheduling and logistics questions to amy.larose@montana.edu.
