POOL RESURFACING AT CHIEF OF MISSION RESIDENCE

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Singapore will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.

The requirement is for maintenance and repair services to resurface the existing swimming pool located at the Chief of Mission Residence (CMR) in Singapore. This work is necessary to ensure the pool remains safe, serviceable, and in good operating condition.

The anticipated performance period is for a single base year only. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

The Government is planning a pre-proosal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

The successful offeror must obtain and maintain all required local licenses, permits, and authorizations in Singapore. The contractor will be responsible for complying with all applicable Singaporean labor, safety, and tax laws, including the expectation that income and profits earned under the contract will be subject to local taxation. This acquisition will include DOSAR clause 652.242-73 – Authorization and Performance (AUG 1999).
