This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 and Federal Acquisitions Regulation (FAR) part 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued
INFORMATION FOR POTENTIAL OFFERORS: The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF), Bremerton, Washington intends to award a standalone Firm-Fixed-Price contract to accomplish repair on the port side Kohler generator from the OEM certified Kohler dealer. The contractor must be Kohler certified and authorized trained technicians. Work will be accomplished at Naval Station Everett in Everett, Washington.
SCOPE OVERVIEW: Awarding a contract with OEM certified dealer to replace OEM parts and repair Port generator on a dive boat at Naval Station Everett. Services include replacing OEM parts listed in the PWS and quote to make port generator operable and put the dive boat back in service in accordance with the PWS. The Contractor shall accomplish these services by directly purchasing the OEM parts prior to coming to Naval Station Everett to perform restorative services, and test the generator for operability when repairs have been finished on the dive boat.
The Period of Performance is 25 August 2025 to 29 August 2025. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811310, Business Size Standard of $12,500,000.
