POST-PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE SUPPORT OF NAVY TRANSMITTING SET, COUNTERMEASURE (TSC) AN/PLT-4 AND LEGACY CHANNEL SYSTEMS

Post Production Maintenance Support of Navy Transmitting Set, Countermeasure (TSC) AN/PLT-4 Systems

This Sources Sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 206.302-1(d). The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Division (NSWC IHD) Contracts Department, Code 02 intends to award a follow-on contract for N00174-21-D-0018 for continued post-production support of current Navy Counter Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (CREW) Transmitting Sets, Countermeasure (TSC) AN/PLT-4 systems (Classified II) and Navy CREW fixed installation Legacy Channel systems that provide maintenance support to Joint Service CREW operations. NSWC IHD intends to award a sole source, Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract with Peraton (CAGE 0HD54), 12975 Worldgate Dr Ste 7322, Herndon, VA 20170-6008. Peraton is the original equipment manufacturer of the systems and is the only vendor capable of providing the systems and sustainment services.

THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 USC 2304(C)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be available for this procurement. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract.
