PR15517597 - Local Guard Uniforms for U.S. Embassy Caracas

The U.S. Embassy in Bogota has a requirement for U.S. Embassy Caracas Local Guard Uniforms. Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. 

The solicitation number is PR15517597 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).  The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-04 June 11, 2025.  

The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order if the responsive quote is technically acceptable and reasonably priced. We intend to award a purchase order based on initial quotes, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions if it is in the best interest of the Government to do so.

Unless an exception in FAR 4.1102 applies, your company must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for an award.

Offers are due by August 25, 2025, 12:00 p.m. Caracas time. Offers should be submitted electronically to CaracasProcurement@fan.gov.  All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered.
