The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this notice, nor will the Government accept quotations as a result of this notice.
It is anticipated that the Government will award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) award to the responsible vendor who quote is determined to be the lowest price technically acceptable. However, the Government reserves the right to award more or less than one (1) contract.
The anticipated period of performance is one (1) year.
