The U.S. Embassy in Ankara requires brand-new one (1) compact sport utility vehicle (SUV) and three (3) subcompact sport utility vehicles (SUV). The vehicles must be left-hand drive (LHD), automatic transmission, 5-seater, equipped with a gasoline-powered engine and compliant with EU6 emissions standards or better. While a hybrid engine is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement.
The vehicle must be built and homologated to European standards for use in Türkiye. After-sales service and spare parts support must be available throughout Türkiye. The warranty must be honored by an authorized dealership located in Türkiye, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts shall be available through authorized service providers for warranty coverage, maintenance, and repairs.
