PREPARED DELIVERED MEALS, FAIRFAX COUNTY VA

The purpose of Update 1 is to extend the date for receipt of quotes to December 9, 2025. Subsequent to this update, a revised Statement of Work (SOW) and Answers to Questions received will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation. At the time of posting the amendment, a determination will be made whether or not to extend the time and date for receipt of quotes beyond the revised date of December 9, 2025.

The Virginia Army National Guard is soliciting blanket purchase agreements (BPA) for prepared meals to be delivered to Fairfax County Virginia. Each BPA awarded will have up to a 60-month ordering period with a maximum ceiling of $350,000. The minimum call value is $1.00, with a maximum call value of $25,000.00. All calls will include an individual statement of work and calls will be rotated amongst the vendors established under the BPA. The Request for Quote (RFQ) and all applicable documents are attached to this announcement. Questions are to be submitted by electronic mail no later than 11:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time on November 21, 2025. Quotes are due not later than the date and time specified in this announcement unless otherwise amended.
