Synopsizes the requirements in accordance with the FAR. Publicly posts the approved JA to sole source in advance of award. As a result of this, a second posting is not required after the award is made. Please see the attachments for the full details of the JA and requirement. This is for an award for less than the simplified acquisition threshold.
