DLA Distribution Norfolk Virginia (DDNV) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all management, supervision, and labor to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on four Modula Vertical Lift Modules aboard the Norfolk Navy Shipyard (NNSY). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811310 and the small business side standard is $11.0M.  This acquisition is a sole source requirement. DLA Distribution intends to award a single award blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for a three-year period.  The following services are as follows: Preventative maintenance (bi-annually) for (4) Modula Vertical Lift Modules Corrective maintenance (as required) for (4) Modula Vertical Lift Modules One time purchase of critical spare parts for the (4) Modula Vertical Lift Modules There is no current contract in place.  This is a new requirement.  This acquisition will be in accordance with FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.  No solicitation will be posted to SAM as this requirement will be awarded to the Original Equipment Manufacturers’ (OEM) authorized service provider for the DDNV territory.
