The instrument was under a maintenance agreement that expired on December 8, 2025; and since then, the Instrument’s turbo-molecular pump went out; therefore, the instrument will require a pre-inspection and repairs to bring the instrument to operational condition prior to the new service contract becoming active. Once the mass spec system has been repaired, the vendor/service provider shall maintain the mass spectrometer system (including vacuum pumps, computer, and other accessories) in a functional state for the periods of performance outlined in the SSN.
