    This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

    This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

    This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 dated 05/12/2025.

    This requirement is being solicited as a Total 100% Small Business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310. The small business size standard is $12.5 million.

    The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the commercial services listed in the Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs).  See Attachment 2.

    Description of Requirement:  The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) have a need for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Unscheduled Repairs for Miscellaneous Food Processing (MFP) equipment at four stores located in Group 59. The four stores are:  (1) Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee, (2) Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, (3) Memphis Naval Support Activity, Tennessee and (4) Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The MFP equipment consists of mixer grinders system, meat conveyors, meat saws, ovens, proofers, meat choppers, bulkers, meat tenderizers, meat slicers and rotisseries. The equipment quantities located at each commissary store can be found in the attached Equipment Inventory List (Attachment A). PMs will be performed quarterly on the equipment identified in section 3.1.3 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1). Additionally, the PWS provides the performance objectives and elements required for this acquisition. There is no commitment by the Government to be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this RFQ.
