Request for Quote- Preventive Maintenance Service Contract – Multistack Chiller, U.S. Consulate General's Office Building, Chennai, India

The U.S. Consulate General Chennai invites you to participate in this solicitation for “Preventive maintenance services for the Multistack Chiller” as described in the attached solicitation documents.  

The vendor shall provide all information required to complete the work as specified in the contract solicitation documents.  Please refer to the attached Contract document and the Request for Quote (RFQ) letter herewith for more details. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered.

RFQ TIMELINE:

• Deadline to submit technical queries: Friday, June 12, 2026, by 03:00 p.m. (IST) to ChennaiProcurement@state.gov  

• Deadline for RFQ Submittal: Wednesday, June 22, 2026, by 03:00 p.m. (IST) to ChennaiProcurement@state.gov  

• Overseas vendors intending to participate in this bid must provide documents in support of their claim of available service support, with past performance details in Chennai. Failure of submission will result in decline of Quote.
