PROCUREMENT OF MAIN LANDING GEAR AND NOSE LANDING GEAR TIRES IN SUPPORT OF THE HC-144 AIRCRAFT

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  This requirement is for the Procurement of Main Landing Gear (MLG) and Nose Landing Gear (NLG) Tires in Support of the HC-144 Aircraft. Any offeror submitting a proposal must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). The award will not be delayed in order to allow a vendor time to register in SAM. Proposals will be evaluated to achieve best value to the Government. Award will be made to the offeror who meets all the criteria contained within this solicitation and associated attachments.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 effective October 01, 2025.  The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 336413.  The small business size standard is 1,250 employees.

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to solicit and award one (1) Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods with a firm-fixed pricing structure, to Wilkerson Company, Inc., 1033 Church Street, Blackstone, VA 23824, the authorized distributor to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the MLG and NLG tires that are being procured.

Anticipated award date is March 01, 2026; however, this is an estimate and not an exact date. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. Only one award will be made from this solicitation. All proposals must contain pricing for the one (1) one-year base period and the four (4) one-year option periods. Any proposal that does not contain pricing for all contract periods and for all line items may be considered non-compliant and may be eliminated from further consideration. The total duration of this contract shall not exceed five (5) years. Sources must be the OEM or an OEM authorized distributor and be able to supply the components specified in the attached Schedule of Supplies 70Z03826QL0000003.
