EIDS AOI 4 - Data Application is being competed under Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) HT0038-25-S-C-0001

The Enterprise Intelligence & Data Solutions (EIDS) Program Management Office (PMO) delivers enterprise-wide health and readiness data capabilities supporting the Military Health System and federal partners initiatives. This AOI seeks innovative solutions for development of data and user centric applications, and modernization of existing applications that enhance user experience across the wide range of requirements. In alignment with EIDS PMO Data Applications as a Service strategy, the organization is looking to create repeatable, secure application development processes, using underlying Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud infrastructure and best practices for DevSecOps. The EIDS PMO is interested in awarding other transaction agreements under the authority of 10 U.SC. 4022 for AOI 4 - Data Applications.
