The U.S. Embassy in Sri Lanka invites you to submit Proposals for Brand new Right Hand Driven Vehicle.

• Brand new Toyota Fortuner - 7 seater (Or Equivalent )
• Model: GUN156R-SDTHX (SFX-JB)
• Engine type: 2755cc Turbo Diesel Inter Cooler 4 Cyl In Line Twin Cam 16-Valve
• Engine: 1GD-FTV High (Euro 4)
• Max output: 150kW @ 3400rpm
• Max torque: 500Nm @ 1600 - 2800rpm
• Transmission: 6 Speed Automatic with Sequential / Paddle Shift
• Fuel system: Common Rail Direct Fuel Injection
• Drive system: Selectable 4WD
• Cruise control: Rear Differential Lock
• Auto disconnect differential

Note :

• Offerors should furnish quotations for vehicles for which spare parts, required technical expertise, and infrastructure for after-sales services are readily available in Sri Lanka.
• Warranty: 100,000 kms or three years, whichever may occur first
• Prices should be duty free and VAT exempt.
• Payment within 3-4 weeks upon delivery of the vehicle.

• Quotation due date and time: September 4, 2025, at 15:00 hrs local time.
• Email your quote to the address below on or before the due date and time.
• Bids above $30,000/- should possess SAM registration from U.S. Government.
• The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. We intend to award a purchase order based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if necessary.
