1. ACTION

This is a Presolicitation Notice of the Government’s intent to issue a solicitation for the procurement of European household appliances. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future.

2. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION

The NSA Naples, Italy – Housing Dept. has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of the following household appliances:

• 10 each REFRIGERATOR LARGE Class A or better / Color white/ Approximate dimensions: h 180/190 cm x w 80/85cm x d 70/75cm / AC: 220v 50Hz 
• 15 each WASHER LARGE Class A or better / Color white  / Approximate dimensions: W 62/68 cm x D 68/72 cmx H 100/110 cm / 220V Italian Plug (Schuko)
• 5 each GAS DRYER Class A or better / Color white / Approximate dimensions:  w 65/70cm x d 70/72cm x h 100/110 cm / 220V Italian Plug (Schuko)
• 10 each Gas Range with Electric Oven Class A or better / Color white  / Approximate dimensions: 90 cm W (+/- 2) x 60 cm D / AC: 220-240 volts 50 Hz

3. DELIVERY ADDRESS:

All items shall be delivered to the following address:

4. DELIVERY DATE: 90 days from the date of Award

5. INTENDED ACQUISITION STRATEGY:

This requirement is for a commercial product and falls below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT).

In accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, "Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services," Clause 12.201-1(c)(2) “Simplified Procedures”, the Government intends to solicit quotes directly from a limited number of sources (at least three).

The Government does not intend to issue a separate, public solicitation for this specific requirement. No formal solicitation document is available at this time.
