PURCHASE 2X4 SWITCHABLE LED PANELS AND 14-WATT (4-FOOT) T8 DIMMABLE DIRECT INSTALL LINEAR LIGHT BULBS

AMENDMENT 1: This solicitation was amended to add the Ballast Type to the list of salient characteristics in Attachment 1 – Instructions to Offerors. and Attachment 2 – Schedule of Supplies and the respective attachments were replaced with updated versions. The solicitation's closing date/time was also extended until Tuesday, 16 September 2025 at 9:00 a.m.. No other changes were made.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 and part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  Solicitation number 70Z03825QK0000035 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2025-05, effective 7 August 2025.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335139. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business.

It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a brand name or equal basis for the items listed in Attachment 2 – Schedule of Supplies. Small business concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these items, or an equal alternative, are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation. The brand name items requested, their salient characteristics, and instructions for submitting quotes are detailed in Attachment 1 – Instructions to Offerors. All items shall be NEW approved items. Interested parties shall complete Attachment 2 – Schedule of Supplies and submit with the quotation. Failure to submit a completed Attachment 2 – Schedule of Supplies will result in your quote not being considered.
