Description of Requirement: VECAR STILL Electric Forklift (or alternate brand equivalent)

b. Quantity: 1 Unit
c. Physical Characteristics: Compact warehouse model, three-wheel design, Triplex clear view
mast with full free lift.
d. Functional Characteristics: Electric powered, lithium-ion battery system, tight-turning radius
for warehouse operations, front and rear load handling.
e. Performance Standards:
o Maximum Lift Height: 6650 mm
o Rated Lift Capacity: 2000 kg
o Basic Load Carrying Capacity: 2000 kg
o Basic Capacity at Lift Height: 4000 mm
o Capacity at Maximum Lift: 1050 kg
f. Regulatory Requirements: Must comply with ANSI/ITSDF B56.1, ISO 3691, and applicable
EPA/CARB electric equipment standards.
g. Packaging Requirements: Vendor standard packaging appropriate for heavy
machinery/equipment.
h. Manufacturer's Part Number: RCE 20P Li-ion (preferred model brand name or equal)
i. Warranty: Minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty required.
j. Training Requirement: Operator certification required. Vendor-provided training preferred, or
coordination with 31 CES Pavements & Equipment section for internal certification.
k. Must include full technical specifications and documentation
l. Must be able to safely interface with pre-established warehouse shelving

Delivery will be included in the Forklift Quote and shall be for FOB Destination Aviano Air Base, IT.
