    This is a Sources Sought Notice Only. This is not a Request for Quote. The Indian Health Service, located at 7900 South J Stock Rd. in Tucson, AZ is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) or (2) Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) to provide Infant and Toddler Car Seats for the Indian Health Service located in Tucson, AZ. All interested firms who meet the requirements stated in the Scope of Work (SOW) shall respond in writing. The Tucson Area Environmental Health Service Branch Injury Prevention Program requires the purchase of Infant, Toddler and Booster Car Seats. See attached SOW for additional specifications. When submitting the information include the Firm's Name, Address, Point of contact (name, title, telephone number, e-mail address) and UEI number. Indicate which business category, ISBEE or IEE in which the organization qualifies. A capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to provide the requirements. Documentation from the manufacturer (i.e. correspondence from manufacturer) of your firm being an authorized distributor for the manufacturer. Submit responses to the Contracting Officer, Susan Protho at susan.protho@ihs, no later than 5:00 PM MST on Monday, December 08, 2026. The reference number IHS-01-SS2026 shall be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. The NAICS Code 337126 - Manufacturing of household furniture that is not made of wood or upholstered is applicable to this acquisition. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. The Government will use responses to this notice to make an appropriate acquisition decision.
