This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PANAPG-25-P-0000 016193 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

U.S. Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Chemical Biological Center (CBC) G6 for Pure Storage Solutions, maintenance and renewals subscription, requests a new Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order or the procurement of brand name Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Pure Storage Remote Maintenance Renewal. The applicable North American, Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334112 - Computer Storage Device Manufacturing. The size standard is 1,250 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 7K20 – Information Technology (IT) and Telecommunications (Telecom) - Storage Products.

The Government’s requirement is for Pure Storage Remote Maintenance Renewal for multiple appliances and serial numbers on the DREN. Data storage, management, security, and sustainability is required for CBCs equipment in laboratories, Common Internet File System shares, secondary arrays used for local COOP replication and storage of both unclassified and classified VMware.

Offerors are advised that this solicitation is limited to Pure Storage and its authorized vendors will be
considered unless determined otherwise by the Contracting Officer.
