Failure to provide the needed information to the people listed above by 27 April, WILL result in your company not being admitted to visiting BLD 1164 and may result in denial of base access. Due to a quick turnaround, those who are not admitted on either EAL, may not know of rejection until day of the site visit. Every attempt to notify those rejected will be made prior to visit, if information is provided to CONS. We will not hold an individual site visit for those who miss the deadline and/or are rejected via a background check.***For those wanting to see all buildings, please provide a copy of each persons drivers license (DL) (FRONT SIDE ONLY), AND social security number (SSN) to the people listed above. If you prefer to send your information via DoD SAFE, a request for a link can be made to the CA, CO and people listed above. Links must be requested in sufficient time to meet the deadline for information requested. Failure to do so will result in not visiting BLD 1164 and possible base access denial.
