    This is a request for information only. The VA is seeking interested sources for the following requirement. The Oklahoma City VA Healthcare System requires twenty-four (24) automated external defibrillators (AEDs) which possess the following characteristics: Offeror must meet these specifications: Semi-automatic mode where the rescuer initiates the shock. Real CPR Help Technology, a proprietary feature that provides real-time feedback on chest compression rate and depth. Clear voice and intuitive visual prompts, which is critical for users with minimal training or in high-stress situations. CPR universal electrodes where it includes a built-in accelerometer for accurate compression feedback and have a shelf life of 5 years. Semi-automatic mode where the rescuer initiates the shock (Rapid Shock technology). Real CPR Help Technology, a proprietary feature that provides real-time feedback on chest compression rate and depth. Clear voice and intuitive visual prompts, which is critical for users with minimal training or in high-stress situations. CPR universal electrodes where it includes a built-in accelerometer for accurate compression feedback and have a shelf life of 5 years. LCD screen in the center of the front panel provides text prompts, rescue graphics, and incident information. Minimum of two operating modes: AED Management Mode and Rescue Mode Record and store Data Wi-Fi Compatible Speaker that has audio prompts beeps to help rescuers Child Mode and Adult Mode CPR countdown time Chest compression rate ECG scale marker Records number of shocks that had been performed An example of an acceptable AED is the Zoll 3 BLS Hospital Package. This make and model is provided for informational purposes only. Other makes and models will be considered provided that they meet the necessary requirements listed above.
