The submission of pricing, capabilities for planning purposes, and other market information is highly encouraged and allowed under this RFI In Accordance With (IAW) FAR Part 15.201(e). SOURCES SOUGHT DESCRIPTION 3. This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This is a RFI/Sources Sought only. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 221310, Water Supply and Irrigation Systems, for an Industrial Water Systems Preventive Maintenance Program at the Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center (HSTMVH) in Columbia, Missouri. Responses to this Sources Sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this Sources Sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to a solicitation announcement. 4. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 15 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide the following: 5. REQUIREMENT: This requirement is to provide full-service support for the Industrial Water Systems Preventive Maintenance Program for the Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center, to include: Routine testing of critical and utility water, and steam in accordance with the most current version of AAMI ST108, Water for the Processing of Medical Devices, including provision of all testing kits and equipment. Testing at multiple locations (e.g., decontamination sinks, washer/disinfector, sterilizers, utility water generation, ultrasonics, Medivators) at the frequencies identified in the Statement of Work (monthly and quarterly). An additional eight (8) samples per period of performance for retests. Semi-annual loop sanitization/disinfection of the SPS processing water system serving room G052A (anticipated February and August). Preventive maintenance and repair services for the water treatment equipment listed in the SOW (including Culligan Hi Flo 50, Culligan HE Twin, HE 10, G1 RO, Medallist, Fleck 9100, Fleck 2500, Aqua Solutions lab water systems, Aquafine SL UV, AquaClear RO systems, and associated softeners and filters). All parts, labor, and travel necessary to perform the required testing, preventive maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. Submittal of service and testing reports within 7 calendar days after work is completed and immediate reporting of critical or catastrophic deficiencies to the Contracting Officer and COR. The anticipated period of performance is a base year plus four (4) option years as follows: Base Year: 11/24/2026 11/23/2027 Option Year I: 11/24/2027 11/23/2028 Option Year II: 11/24/2028 11/23/2029 Option Year III: 11/24/2029 11/23/2030 Option Year IV: 11/24/2030 11/23/2031 Services are generally required Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m., excluding Federal holidays. Place of Performance: Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center 800 Hospital Drive Columbia, MO 65201 Responses to this notice shall be submitted via email to george.johnson9@va.gov. Telephone responses shall not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than Tuesday, 30 April 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. If a solicitation is issued it shall be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this source sought. Responses to this source sought notice are not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
