Description of Requirement: The 76 Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG) requires the purchase of five (5) Quick Disconnect Couplers Part # AE85942U or equal.

1. Requested material item descriptions/specifications:

a. Quantity of five (5) Quick Disconnect Couplers.

• 4-inch Valved Unisex Coupling
• Indiscriminate Mating (mate with each other)
• Manual Ball Valve
• Interlock to prevent disconnection of unit with ball valve open
• Pressure Tight Dust Cap
• Pressure Drop 0.5 psi maximum
• Operating Pressure 150psi minimum
• Burst pressure 450psi minimum
• Operating temperature 30-100F
• 3-inch female NPT Inlet
• Illustrated Parts Breakdown Manual

2. Technical Documentation Requirements for Non-Part Number items.

a. When supplying requested items without manufacturer or government part numbers, the vendor shall provide detailed technical drawings or specifications that include:

(1) Dimensional Information:

• Complete dimensional specifications
• Assembly or installation details

(2) Compliance Requirements:

• No procurement action will be initiated for non-part number items without adequate technical documentation.
• Vendors must acknowledge drawing requirements and confirm capability to meet specifications before order placement.
• All technical documentation must be submitted for approval prior to manufacturing or delivery.
• Documentation must be provided in an acceptable format (PDF, CAD files, or certified drawings).
