The procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Houston, TX has a requirement for a contractor to provide National Database for Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI) services for the Michael E. DeBakey VAMC located in Houston, Texas. Based on market research, and previous acquisition history, it has been determined that Press Ganey Associates, LLC is the only vendor capable of providing all the required National Database for Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI) services. This notice is being distributed solely through the General Services Administration's website at https://sam.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
