RADIO TESTING KITS

The Air Force in Ramstein Germany intends to award a Sole Source contract to TestForce for radio testing kits under statutory authority FAR 13.106-l(b)(l). A justification and approval will be published after award. This single source action is needed to prevent unacceptable cost, schedule, and mission impacts if the Government were to award to a vendor other that TestForce. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); the Air Force does not intended to award a contract on the basis of this notice.

This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received no later than 05 September 2025. Although "quote" and "proposal" are used in this notice of contract action, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. The Government will not pay for any information, or quotes, received in response to this announcement. A determination by the Government to complete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Performance of this contract will be at RAMSTEIN, Germany, interested parties may submit unclassified responses to this notice by email to clayton.skulina.1@us.af.mil and iris.laub.de@us.af.mil.
