    The Defense Centers for Public Health – Aberdeen (DCPH-A) is part of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and focuses on Clinical Public Health & Epidemiology, Environmental Health Sciences and Engineering, Health Promotion & Wellness, Laboratory Sciences, Occupational Health Sciences, Public Health Communication and Toxicology, supporting our Nation by improving health and building readiness – making extraordinary experiences ordinary and exceptional outcomes routine.

    The DCPH-A Laboratory Sciences Directorate has a current requirement for Radiological Sample Analysis Services. Through the providing of radiological analyses on environmental and biosurveillance samples to provide results of various compounds in each sample, the data obtained will allow for more analytical capabilities and/or capacity to perform more radiological analyses required including analyses from various worldwide locations and from natural or man-made disaster locations. This will help support the Military Operating Environments and Military Bases to ensure the safety and security of all who work there.

    This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The requirement is a full and open competition.

    This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Questions Due Date: Questions shall be submitted to the primary point-of-contact, Mr. Brandon Roebuck, brandon.m.roebuck.civ@health.mil, and Mrs. Erin Maddox, erin.j.maddox.civ@health.mil, no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 25 August 2025.

    Questions received after this date and time will not be accepted or addressed. Quote Due Date: Quotes shall be submitted to the primary point-of-contact no later than 03:00 PM EDT on 04 September 2025 (Updated in Amendment 1 dated 03 September 2025). The POC for the delivery of the quote is the Contract Specialist, Mr. Brandon Roebuck at brandon.m.roebuck.civ@health.mil. The Offeror is responsible for ensuring receipt of the quote by the POC.
