RADIOLOGICAL SERVICES

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This solicitation is a request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services, with a small business size standard of $19 million. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued under full and open competition.

The National Transportation Safety Board ’s Office of Aviation Safety, Aviation Engineering Division is seeking to purchase radiological services in support of its accident investigations.

All interested companies shall provide proposals for the following:

Services
The Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and any other items or services necessary to perform radiological services for the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) in accordance with Sections B-H. Services shall be performed at the contractor’s facility.
