RANGER BUILDING UPGRADES, CAPE COD CANAL, BOURNE, MA

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Ranger Building Upgrades, Cape Cod Canal, Bourne, MA.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall replace three (3) Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at the Cape Cod Canal Rangers Office Building located in Buzzards Bay, MA. Existing ductwork shall remain and shall be connected to new HVAC units with new custom sheet metal fabricated ductwork.  Work also includes, but is not limited to, to ductwork cleaning, replacing (2) roof exhaust fans, replacing (2) roof air intake louvers, removal of existing insulation (batt and loose blown), providing fiberglass batt insulation in the Attic, providing new interior condensate drain lines which shall be connected into an existing interior sewer line, and replacing (2) garage doors. Work includes all labor, equipment, tools, and materials to demolish, remove, dispose of the existing components stated in the statement of work. 

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million.

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
