This requirement is sole sourced to TEAM Industrial Circle, 870 West Northpointe Circle, North Salt Lake, UT as they are the only company who specializes in performing NDT testing with portable equipment. This is a re-inspection of an existing system that this vendor has performed inspections on and has the historical knowledge. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to yvonne.c.stockwell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0271 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
