COMNAVSURFLANT directly supports the material readiness of 4 surface ships and up to 10 deployed ships by providing training, management and engineering support services. This update is to inform all concerned parties of the clause being updated and reflected in the solicitation. Please be advised that due to current events the revised deadline for questions is 20 March 2026, and the proposal submission deadline is 23 June 2026 (EST). Please find attached the revised Performance Work Statement (PWS), updated Solicitation, and finalized Q and A. These updates have been incorporated to align our requirements with recent shifts in the operational environment.
