Amendment 0002 (11 Sep 2025) - The purpose of this amendment is to:

1.  Add the questions asked and answers provided for technical clarification to the list of attachments;

2.  Update date on SOW to reflect most current corrections;

3.  Add Technical exhibit of site photos;

4.  Change CLIN quantity/ unit to 1 Job;

5.  Update clauses and provisions: 52.211-12,52.252-5,52.252-6,252.232-7006,5352.242-9000,and 5352.201-9101;

6.  Update Instruction to Quoters (Section L); and

7.  Update evaluation factors for award(Section M)

Amendment 0001 (09 Sep 2025) - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the updated SOW dated Septemeber 2025 to the list of attachments. Please refer to the highlighted section of page 3 of 13 for the revision.

The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX is issuing a solicitation for Road Seal Coat at the Rec Camp. This acquisition includes 1 (one) CLIN. The Period of Performance for this requirement is 60 Calander days after notice to proceed. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron. Oral proposals WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government. Perform work as Stated in the Statement of Work (SOW).

The magnitude of this requirement is $25,000 - $100,000.

Site Visit is scheduled for 5 September 2025 @ 9:00 AM Central Daylight Time. The site visit will take place at the Goodfellow Rec Camp.

Questions will be due by 9 September 2025 @ 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time. This solicitation closes @ 1:00 PM CDT on 16 September 2025.
